We have had many companies recently contact us stating that they are currently finding it difficult to find the right level of LabVIEW engineer to help them with their projects. There are saying that there are many engineers who claim to know how to program in LabVIEW, but in reality only a few have the right level of domain knowledge and experience they are looking for.

I am a certified LabVIEW Developer and have worked on a number of projects using a variety of different software environments. I have the opposite problem. I am finding it hard to find employers looking for a developer.
